Privacy Policy

SeasonSolver (seasonsolver.com, and League & Tournament Scheduler in ChatGPT and Claude) is run by Red Finch Publishing LLC, a New Hampshire company. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we use your league setup to build your schedule, we keep it only if you publish a link, and we don't sell or share it.
What We Receive
League setups. To build a schedule we need the details you or your chatbot provide: league name, season dates, field names and times, division and team names, and rules such as dates a team can't play.
Published schedules. When you ask to publish, we store the setup and the finished schedule so the link works.
Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request details to deliver the site, block abuse, and enforce rate limits. We keep request logs for up to 7 days for troubleshooting.
Email. If you write to support@seasonsolver.com, we keep your message and email address to answer you.
Payments. When paid plans launch, Stripe will handle payment. We'll receive your email address and a record of your purchase, and never your card number.
What We Don't Collect
We don't require accounts, use advertising, or use tracking cookies. When you use SeasonSolver in ChatGPT or Claude, we receive only what the chatbot sends to our tools for your request. We can't see the rest of your conversation or your ChatGPT or Claude account.
SeasonSolver doesn't need anyone's personal information. Please use team names rather than players' names, and leave out phone numbers, addresses, and similar details.
How Long We Keep It
- Setups sent to check or build a schedule are processed and discarded. We don't store them.
- Published schedules are kept until the date shown on the schedule page, which is 60 days after the season ends (and at least 30 days after publishing), then deleted automatically.
- The web form saves your setup in your own browser's storage so it's there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Who Can See It
A published schedule is visible to anyone who has the link. Links are long and random, and published pages ask search engines not to index them, but treat a link like something you'd post on a team bulletin board.
We don't sell or rent data. We share it only with the service providers that run SeasonSolver (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments once launched), or when the law requires it.
Children
SeasonSolver is meant for league organizers, coaches, and administrators. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your Choices
To remove a published schedule before it expires, email support@seasonsolver.com with the link and we'll delete it. You can also ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the home page.
