Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of SeasonSolver at seasonsolver.com and League & Tournament Scheduler in ChatGPT, Claude, and similar assistants (together, "the service"). The service is run by Red Finch Publishing LLC ("we"). By using it, you agree to these terms.

What the Service Does

The service builds league and tournament schedules from the rules you give it and checks each schedule against those rules. It can only follow the rules it receives. Please review the rule read-back and the finished schedule before you announce it, because a schedule is only as right as the setup behind it.

Your Responsibilities

Give accurate information and have the right to share it.
Don't put anyone's sensitive personal information into a setup. Team names are all the service needs.
Don't use the service to break the law, overload or probe our systems, get around usage limits, or publish content that's abusive or infringes someone else's rights.
You're responsible for anything you publish and share. Anyone with a published link can view it.

Plans and Payment

The service is free during the beta. When paid plans launch, prices and limits will be listed at seasonsolver.com/plans, and payment will be handled by Stripe. A season pass covers one season as described on that page. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email us and we'll make it right, including a refund when the service didn't work for you.

Published Schedules

Published schedules stay online until the date shown on the page and are then deleted. We may remove a published schedule that breaks these terms. Keep your own copy (the spreadsheet or calendar download) if you need it longer.

No Warranty

We work hard to make every schedule correct, and each one is checked before it's shown. Even so, the service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the service will always be available or error free.

Limit of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Red Finch Publishing LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as costs from a rescheduled game or a missed field booking. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $12 if you paid nothing.

Changes and Ending Use

We may update the service and these terms. If the terms change, we'll update the date above; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
